Committees

Learn about committees and activities in our community! If you are interested in joining in the fun, please complete the Volunteer Application under forms on Townsq, or contact the Office for more information.   We have committees that serve all interests.

Landscaping Committee

We’re always looking for hands-on volunteers that are willing at times to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in an ongoing effort to make our outdoor common areas shine. Meetings are monthly where we meet with the Landscaping Contractor and discuss opportunities to always improve! They cover Lawn maintenance, Grounds repair and Improvement and irrigation. 

Finance Committee

Help plan our community’s spending while keeping our finances balanced. This group of individuals works directly with the Board and Management in the preparation of the fiscal year budget and investments.

Social Committee

Are you the host with the most? Join our social committee to pitch in with your planning skills and help execute fun events the whole community will enjoy. Monthly Socials are held and special Holiday events. We need your "Party On" attitude, join us in keeping the Community Dancing!

System and Facilities Committee

Help our new neighbors get acquainted with our community by joining the Systems and Facilities Committee. They take care of all the Building issues, maintenance, you know, the mechanics of it all. 

Compliance Committee

The Compliance Committee makes sure that the Rules and Regulations of Monument Square are being followed.  Making sure that the Community is being maintained in the highest standards as expected.
