Utilities & Services

The following utilities and services are provided to our community.

Trash Collection 

You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services. Trash pick up is on Tuesdays for both Mansions and Town-homes. 

Recycling

Recycling is New this year to Monument Square. We hope to help Mother Earth by doing our part in recycling. Tuesday Pick-up, same as trash starting April 3rd. 

Water and Sewer 

Water service is provided to our 9 Mansions Buildings. It is also a large part of irrigation for our outdoor common area landscaping in order to keep everything thriving and beautiful. We also supply water to our clubhouse and pool to keep them fully operational. 

Electricity

We provide electricity for amenities such as our clubhouse, pool and walkways so that they’re always ready for our homeowners to enjoy.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that’s right for you.  Internet and Cable TV is available at the Clubhouse for your enjoyment.
